Initial Consultation
For the initial consultation we meet for a casual chat to see if we are a good fit. We will tell you about our approach and style and how we like to work with clients. You tell us about you, and what you are looking for in a trainer and ask any questions you may have.
Full Assessment
During the full assessment we get to know your health and fitness status, your medical history, your personality, what motivates you and what your goals are for your training sessions. We will go through a thorough movement assessment to uncover any muscle imbalances and talk about proper breathing and muscle activations.You will receive a written summary from the session with any findings and recommendations. A full assessment has to be completed before starting one-on-one or group training sessions.
One-on-One Training Session
Our training sessions are performed in-home, and all the necessary equipment to give you a full body work-out will be provided. Each session will be tailored to your specific needs and goals, and will include warm-up, functional strength training, gentle stretching and breath awareness training. Package prices are available.
Small Group Training Session
If you are looking for a more affordable option or simply prefer to work-out with a girlfriend or two, a small group training session is a great option. These sessions are also performed in-home and all the necessary equipment for the group will be provided.
