Core Restore Fitness is an in-home personal training service for women, specializing in exercise before, during and after pregnancy.
Research has shown that physically active and fit moms have healthier pregnancies and grow healthier babies. They also have less complications during labor and delivery and recover easier after birth. At Core Restore Fitness our goal is to help every client achieve these benefits by customizing exercise programs that support physical, mental and emotional health.
We teach functional resistance training with a focus on strengthening the core in preparation for growing a baby, as well as maintaining core engagement and stability during pregnancy. After birth, we work on restoring strength by healing and reconnecting the deep muscles of the core. Along with the physical training, we aim to provide pre and post natal moms with ample emotional support and coaching throughout their motherhood journey.
